Meet the Owner: Spencer J. Allen
With over two decades of experience in the construction field, my journey began in 1998 when I graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. I started in the HVAC industry, gaining invaluable experience before joining CCI Mechanical in 2002. At CCI, I earned my Professional Engineering license in 2006 and became the engineering manager in 2015. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with and learning from many exceptional and talented individuals, both within my companies and beyond.
In 2023, driven by a desire to use my extensive knowledge and experience to help others more personally, I founded Allen Mechanical Engineering.
On a personal note, I married my wonderful and supportive wife in 1995. We live in the small town of Ephraim, Utah, and are blessed with six children—four girls and two boys. We also enjoy being grandparents, which brings an added layer of joy to our lives.
